How to Make a Complaint

A homeowner and a roofing provider looking up at a tile roof in Tarpon Springs

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Fellbetter Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Fellbetter Roofing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties, and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they say.

Still, we want to know. Feedback helps us keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Fellbetter Roofing cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund money for a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@fellbetter.blog and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

What Happens Next

We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include talking to the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. If the issue involves a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
